Resident Responsibilities

  • Conduct: Residents must adhere to the house rules and respect the rights of others.
  •  Participation: Residents are encouraged to participate in their care planning and decision-making processes.
  • Communication: Residents must maintain regular communication with staff regarding their needs and concerns.

Fees and Payments

  • Charges: Fees are based on individual care plans and are agreed upon during the admission process.
  •  Payment Terms: Fees are to be paid in accordance with the payment schedule outlined in the service agreement.
  •  Non-Payment: Failure to make payments may result in the termination of services.

Termination of Services

  • By Us: We reserve the right to terminate services if a resident fails to adhere to the Terms & Conditions or if their needs can no longer be met within the service.
